Our Goal
To provide a secure, easy-to-use e-commerce marketplace where farmers and buyers connect directly; enable fair pricing, reliable payments, and nationwide logistics; offer support and training that build digital confidence; and foster a transparent, inclusive ecosystem that helps anyone start selling farm items online and scale with dignity.
Orders
Click Sign Up./ Verify your email or phone number./ Add your delivery address./ Browse products, add to cart, and checkout.
Create an account. Apply for a seller profile through your dashboard. Add product details and pricing. Set inventory and shipping options. Publish your products for review.
Shipping
We deliver nationwide in Nigeria and to select African countries through our logistics partners. Availability and delivery times are displayed at checkout for your address. Sellers and buyers can also arrange shipping directly if they prefer.
We support debit/credit cards, bank transfers, USSD, and selected mobile money options. Cash-on-delivery may also be available in limited locations.
Return eligibility and timelines vary by product and seller. To initiate a return, go to your Orders page. Refunds are processed after the item is inspected, following the seller’s policy or the terms stated on the product page.
Payment
Go to Orders in your account to view real-time status and tracking details once the seller has shipped your items.
Sellers pay a transaction commission along with any applicable payment or shipping fees. Check the Seller Fees page in your dashboard for the current rates.
